TOPIC: Thankfulness

SCRIPTURE: "I will render thank offerings to You." (Psalm 56:12)

OBSERVATION: The theme of this psalm of David deals with trusting in God's care in the midst of fear. When all seems dark, and our enemies are pressing in, one truth remains: When God is for us, who can be against us!!! David says, "I will offer thanksgiving to God because HE rescued him from death."

APPLICATION: No matter where we are, no matter how difficult things may be, there will ALWAYS be something to be thankful for.
Are you in a difficult spot? Do feel like you are between a rock and a hard place?

If so, then starting thanking God

Remember thankfulness is a choice
And as children of the KING
We have EVERY reason to be thankful

PRAYER: Father God, help me to be forever thankful for what you have done for me. Help me to take time out of each day to count my MANY MANY MANY blessings. Thank you Lord for you are good all the time!
